Follow the steps below in order to change the Plex video quality settings on a PlayStation / Xbox device.

  1. To access the settings menu in Plex, begin by navigating to the home screen and locating your username. Click on your username, and then search for the settings menu.

  2. Adjust the Plex video settings by opening the Settings menu, clicking on 'Video', and setting Local Quality, Remote Quality, and Online Quality to Original, as well as checking the boxes for 'Allow Direct Play' and 'Allow Direct Stream'.

  3. You are ready to stream
